Zhang Yugun (December 1980 -), male, born in Nanyang, Henan Province, Headmaster of Black Tiger Village Primary School, Gaoqiu Town, Zhenping County, Nanyang, Henan Province. Since graduating from normal school in 2001, he has taught more than 500 children and 16 of them became college students. He has won honorary titles such as “Model of The Times”, “National Learning Lei Feng Model”, “National Teacher Ethics Model”,“National Excellent Teacher”, etc. The shoulder pole is donated by Zhang Yugun.
